Pharmaceutical Expert Witness

Phil has worked as an expert witness on patent cases relating to various aspects of formulation (solid dosage form, liquids and respiratory) and physical form such as pharmaceutical salts, enantiomers, polymorphism and hydrates etc.

In recent years Phil has worked for both innovator and generic companies and has acted or prepared companies in the UK and the USA, and has acted on patent cases in the US deposition process.
