Jadara Pharma is a healthcare consultancy focused on technical and commercial due diligence, business consultancy and expert reporting.
Our consultancy works with a variety of companies on preparing them for investment, helping to build their business plans, providing a technical overview to their technology and its commercial exploitation, and mentoring the Executive both pre and post the investment. On occasions we work on behalf of the investors, conducting due diligence and commercial review of the Company's IP portfolio, providing board representation as required, and acting as a non-executive of the company. On occasions we have worked at the investor exit, either at IPO, trade sale or busness development related to the exploitation of assets.
