Jadara Pharma was founded in late 2005 and has completed more than 20 assignments for more than 15 clients, supporting the raising of around £10m for early stage companies.

Our clients include management teams,  Boards of healthcare companies, venture fund  investors, universities and other research institutions. More specifically, Jadara Pharma has had contracts with clients in business process re-engineering, strategic business planning, fund raising, patent litigation, strategic product development, spin out portfolio management and investor support to a trade sale and IPO.  Key accounts are in biotech start ups and spin outs, strategic reviews for 'big pharma', healthcare business expansion and product evaluations in medical technologies.

Jadara Pharma also has relationships with a number of other healthcare business consultancies in the areas of business analysis, innovation, risk and quality management.
